  • To be sure of your health status with simple medical checks
  • Understand your abilities in accordance with the difficulties that you want to face. Having troubles during a bike ride is a serious risk for yourself and the entire group.
  • Always check in advance your bike setup and reliability
  • Check adequacy of  the materials supplied
  • Check area forecast

To avoid unplesant incidents during bike rides, you also have to observe the NORBA and IMBA codes.

 


Another important aspect to mention when you start physical activity is to promote a healthy diet based on right supply mix in carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
